Fruit Slice
About Fruit Slice
Fruit Slice is a juicy, fast-paced swiping game inspired by the classic fruit-chopping hits on phones. Watermelons, oranges, apples, lemons, kiwis and plums are tossed high above a red-and-white picnic cloth, and you slice them in mid-air with a swipe of your finger or a sweep of the mouse. Every cut splits the fruit into two halves that tumble away, sprays juice across the cloth and adds a point to your score. Swipe through three or more fruits in a single motion to land a combo for bonus points. The bigger the combo, the bigger the bonus. Do not let the fruit fall, though: each one you miss costs one of your three lives. And watch out for the bombs that start flying in among the fruit once you get going. They fizz and glow red as a warning, and slicing one ends the game in a flash. The longer you last, the more fruit is thrown at once and the more bombs sneak into the mix, so it keeps getting busier while staying easy to pick up. When the game ends you can watch a short ad once to continue, with the bombs cleared and a life restored. Fruit Slice is free to play in your browser on phones, tablets and computers, needs no download, and saves your best score and best combo so you always have a record to beat.
How to play
Swipe your finger across the fruit to slice it (on a computer, just move the mouse across it). Each fruit is worth one point, and slicing three or more in one swipe earns a combo bonus. If a fruit falls off the bottom without being sliced, you lose one of your three lives. Never slice a bomb: it ends the game at once. Press P, Space or Escape to pause.
